Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Brisbane.
Are packages sent discretely?
Yes, all packages are sent to ensure the safety and privacy of your order. Plain external packaging with no branding on the outside.
Is your shipping designed to protect the peptides?
Yes, all peptides are supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) form and protected from direct sunlight to help preserve product integrity during transit.
How should I store peptides?
Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored under refrigerated conditions. When stored correctly, reconstituted peptides remain stable for a minimum of four weeks. Lyophilised peptide powders can be stored at room temperature when kept cool, dry, and away from direct sunlight.
What purity are your peptides?
Our peptides are manufactured to a purity of 99%+ and are free from heavy metals and other contaminants. We work exclusively with trusted, high-quality manufacturers and conduct regular third-party laboratory testing.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, we will provide a full reshipment. As all orders are shipped domestically, there are no customs-related risks.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you have the option to cancel and receive a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@aussiepeptidehub.com.au
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, all orders are sent with an AusPost tracking number which will be emailed to you once dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 48 business hours of payment. Typically orders take 1-5 days to arrive depending on your location within Australia.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free express shipping on all orders over $250 AUD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
What is bacteriostatic water used for?
Bacteriostatic water is used to reconstitute lyophilised peptides before use. It contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol which prevents bacterial growth and allows the solution to be used multiple times safely.
Do you offer a guarantee on your products?
Yes — we offer a 50% store credit guarantee. If you independently test any product and the results don't match our listed purity, we credit 50% of your order value back. That's how confident we are in our products.
How do I reconstitute peptides?
Use bacteriostatic water to reconstitute your peptide. Gently inject the water down the side of the vial — do not shake. Swirl gently until fully dissolved. Store reconstituted peptides in the fridge.
