Refund & Returns Policy

PeptideHubAustralia is committed to supplying laboratory research materials with accuracy, consistency, and transparency. Due to the specialised nature of our products, all orders are subject to the following return and refund conditions.

1. Research Use Only – No Change of Mind Returns

All products sold by PeptideHubAustralia are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only.

As such, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Improper handling, storage, or use

  • Use outside the intended research context

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that our products are not intended for human or animal consumption, nor for therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic purposes.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and external packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement item, or

  • Store credit for future purchases

Returned items must remain unopened, unused, and untampered. We cannot accept returns under any circumstances for opened or altered products.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items sent back without prior written approval

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence

  • Opened packaging, broken seals, or tampered items

  • Products purchased for resale or non-research purposes

  • Orders delayed, seized, lost, or confiscated by shipping carriers or customs authorities

Once an order has been dispatched, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or operational restrictions, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

5. Shipping Delays or Delivery Issues

PeptideHubAustralia guarantees dispatch, not delivery.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays or transit disruptions

  • Parcels marked as “Delivered” but not received

  • Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a reshipment fee may apply.

6. Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your statutory rights in relation to faulty or defective goods. However, due to the nature of research-only materials, all sales are considered final once dispatched unless a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
