PeptideHubAustralia is committed to providing fast, reliable, and discreet shipping for all research-grade materials supplied through our store. Please review the information below prior to placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or product restocks.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number.
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items within the order are available.

2. Shipping Method and Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express for domestic delivery.
Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
PeptideHubAustralia guarantees dispatch, not delivery. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues beyond our control.
Orders are dispatched only after successful payment processing.

3. Discreet Packaging

All shipments are sent in plain, unbranded packaging. No product names, descriptions, or business identifiers appear on the exterior of the parcel. Customer privacy is prioritised at every stage of fulfilment.

4. Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: $14.95 AUD (Australia Post Express)
Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $200 AUD

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

5. Tracking and Delivery Issues

Tracking information is sent via email once your order has shipped. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel is marked as “Delivered” but not received, customers must contact Australia Post directly to initiate an investigation.

PeptideHubAustralia is not responsible for:

Courier delays or service interruptions
Parcels lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier
Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a reshipment fee may apply.

6. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, PeptideHubAustralia ships within Australia only. International shipping is not offered due to regulatory and customs limitations.

7. Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

Products listed with an estimated arrival date are considered pre-orders.
Estimated dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier or logistics delays.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.
Customers will be notified by email if significant delays occur.

8. Returned or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, customs rejection, or failure to collect, PeptideHubAustralia will contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Refunds are not issued for parcels returned as a result of customer error.

9. Limitation of Liability

PeptideHubAustralia is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party carriers after dispatch. Our responsibility concludes once tracking confirms acceptance of the parcel by the shipping provider.
